This session is being offered as part of Joyful Equity - a five-part training series for grantmaking professionals in Wisconsin. This five-part series will be facilitated by Jeremy Triblett – a well-respected expert in the fields of equity and racial justice whose fundamental goal as a facilitator is to offer not only space for reflection, but tools for action. Session Summary:
This session will illuminate the difference between an actor who wants to help marginalized people and an accomplice who works to dismantle systems of bias and exclusion. Participants will be introduced to a framework for identifying their level of engagement in anti-inclusion work and recommendations for moving towards being an accomplice for change personally and
professionally.
