This session is being offered as part of Joyful Equity - a five-part training series for grantmaking professionals in Wisconsin. This five-part series will be facilitated by Jeremy Triblett – a well-respected expert in the fields of equity and racial justice whose fundamental goal as a facilitator is to offer not only space for reflection, but tools for action. Session Summary:

Developing a more equitable organization requires an “all hands on deck” approach to organizational change. Leaders need to leverage resources to construct and enact an equity vision that enables managers to model equitable decision-making and allows staff opportunities to shape the organization’s culture and climate. We’ll spend two sessions exploring step-by step
process for developing more equitable organizations.
