Courage in Practice: Strategies for Narrowing the Power Gap and Implementing Equitable Practices
Forget best practices. Well, at least set them aside for now. We suspect many of those practices support the status quo. If we were to design the grantmaking process to contribute to a more just and equitable world, what would that look like?
Join PEAK Grantmaking for this full day session as we get specific about the types of grantmaking practices that can build trust, narrow the power gap, and drive equity. We’ll work through a design-thinking exercise to help us identify strategies for improving practice, explore the elements of culture that impact our work, and devise solutions for leading organizational change.
