Public Policy Briefing & Listening Session: ACE Act

Join us for a briefing and listening session on the recently introduced Accelerating Charitable Efforts (ACE) Act. The ACE Act was introduced in the U.S. Senate in June and proposes significant changes to how philanthropy currently operates, with a focus on donor advised funds and private foundation. This briefing will include a presentation from Matthew L. Evans, Director of Public Policy at United Philanthropy Forum, to bring a national perspective to the conversation. He will do a brief overview of the provisions of the bill and share what he is seeing at the federal level in terms of PSO conversations and positions as well as any movement on the Hill.

Following the briefing, there will be time for Q&A and a listening session. We want to hear how WPN members would be impacted by this legislation, what they like about the proposal, and where they have concerns.
