Karla Lodholz is a seasoned nonprofit professional known for her ability to build strong, lasting relationships and deliver impactful results. Her visionary leadership, compassion, and commitment to empowering people and strengthening communities have earned her a trusted reputation in the field.

As Director of Resource Development and Member Relations at the Wisconsin Philanthropy Network (WPN), Karla fosters meaningful connections with members and partners across the state. She leads membership acquisition and retention strategies, secures sponsorships and grant funding, and directs communications outreach. Her efforts to engage new members and establish strategic partnerships are vital in advancing WPN’s mission to promote effective philanthropy through education, best practices, research, and enhanced collaboration.

Prior to joining WPN, Karla held leadership roles with the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, the American Heart Association, and United Way of Marathon County. Her success includes cultivating donor relationships, guiding corporate development efforts across multiple states, and enhancing organizational visibility through long-term sponsorship strategies.

Karla holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Marian University. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Edgewood College in Madison, WI. Actively involved in her community, Karla serves on the boards of the Hmong American Center, American Red Cross North Central Chapter, and the Medical College of Wisconsin Community Advisory Board. She lives in Weston, where her deep love for community continues to drive her unwavering commitment to advancing philanthropy.
