“Now more than ever, I value the opportunity to connect with funders across the state to learn more about what they’re doing. I value WPN’s membership for myself and for Wisconsin philanthropic sector. We all have something valuable to share, whether it has been understanding someone’s response to natural disaster to learning how different sectors like the arts are managing to still provide programming at this time, I have appreciated the connections a great deal.  In a time with a lot of uncertainties it has been great to have such a strong a network of leaders in philanthropy within reach.” -  Catherine Stagmer, Manager Social Responsibility, Komatsu Mining Corp. Group

2021 Viewpoints Conference Feedback on the Most Valuable Part of the Day...

  • The topics were excellent again this year! I also always appreciate the networking opportunities and the digital platform and talkback sessions facilitated that in a meaningful way within a virtual environment.
  • The speakers were all great and did a nice job of presenting their information while still allowing time for questions/discussion. Being virtual is rarely as good as in person, but I thought things went very well for this conference (I didn't feel like I missed anything in it being virtual).
  • I found the concurrent sessions and breakout discussions to be the most valuable. The sessions provided great content expertise. The breakouts were helpful for learning more about what philanthropic partners are doing.
  • While all the topics may not directly affect my current work, they do represent the larger picture and were very informative. Always great to hear about the work people are doing and to hear varying perspectives and approaches to things.
