Brewers Community Foundation’s Cecelia Gore presented with Amiga Award at Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Wisconsin

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce celebrated the 27th Annual Salute to Hispanic Women Conference and Latina Leadership Luncheon at the Historic Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee on Monday, May 18th, 2015. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce presented the HCCW Amiga Award to Cecelia Gore, executive director at the Brewers Community Foundation and the her outstanding contributions to the Hispanic community.

A Milwaukee native, Cecelia is a graduate of Alverno College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business and professional communication, as well as her master’s in business administration. We recognize Cecelia for her role in leading the development of the team’s philanthropic efforts through the Brewers Community Foundation and her close work with nonprofit organizations that provide quality programming in the areas of health, education, recreation, and basic needs, with a particular focus on low income and disadvantaged youth and their families. This year Cecelia is being awarded with the HCCW Amiga Award.
