Ascendium is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity, “Optimizing Delivery Systems for Higher Education in Prison: Postsecondary Pathways for Reentry Transition.” This initiative will support a group of higher education institutions and state/local corrections departments as they redesign their HEP delivery systems by refining institutional practices, deepening external partnerships and improving program quality. Our goal is not to support the growth or development of individual programs, but rather to support efforts that can help the field better understand what it takes to build the relationships and infrastructure necessary for systemic improvement, both academic and operational, that can be replicated and scaled. We are accepting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from HEP providers nationwide through August 1, 2019.
